Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Warranty returns for all defective items can be made any time during the warranty period. Once the item is received, inspected, and processed by Reman Solutions, a refund will be given immediately if no discrepancies are found.

Return Shipping
Refunds will be for the cost of the item only; no original shipping cost will be refunded unless either (a) the item was defective when it left Reman Solutions’ facility, or (b) Reman Solutions made a shipping error.

The buyer is responsible for returning items to Reman Solutions. Return shipping, financial or otherwise, will be the responsibility of the buyer unless, either (a) the item was defective when it left Reman Solutions’ facility, or (b) Reman Solutions made a shipping error. If either are found to be true, a refund for return shipping will be issued after Reman Solutions receives the part, or a shipping label will be provided to the buyer.

All fluids must be drained from any item before returning it to Reman Solutions. Reman Solutions will not be responsible for returned items not deliverable to its facility due to leaking fluids.

Refunds & Exchanges*
All warranties begin on the date of receipt in which the part is received by the buyer per tracking numbers issued by the shipping company.

A refund or exchange on parts sold as Core can be issued any time during warranty period. Returns seeking a full refund must be in the original, sellable condition, returned within 30 days from the date of receipt, and (new and rebuilt parts) found not to have been used or installed; otherwise, parts sold as New, Used, or Rebuilt will be exchange-only after 30 days from receipt. 

No refunds will be given if the part has been altered, modified, or changed in any way other than what is necessary for installation and removal. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns.

Initiating a Return
All warranty and refund returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number attached to it; without an RMA number, these returns will not be processed. If you are seeking to return an item for warranty or refund, contact us to receive the RMA number, download the Return Request Form on this page, and follow all the instructions to ensure a seamless transaction.

Core returns require a different process from warranty returns or refunds. All the information needed to return a core can be found here. Core returns DO NOT need a RMA number.
